You may make group reservations however during redemption the credit card holder must be present with valid identification as stated on the travel vouchers.

Navigator Indonesia is the operating name for the fully licensed and legal tour and travel operator PT. Navigatoria Indonesia.
This website is not a hotel booking portal where hotels provide there services through a online sales system and you the front end customer makes a reservation to the hotel through a non-responsible third party.
Navigator Indonesia's personnel will review your requests make the reservations on you behalf and will reconfirm and execute the delivery of all services we provide.
Unlike those other sites you can actually contact us regarding any problems or concerns you may have with your purchase and we will take the appropriate action to help resolve your issues.

How much do you charge for tax and service fees ?
All prices shown on our site are the final price including all taxes and service charges included we do not try to trick our customers into thinking that our prices are lower just to charge them more at the last payment screen.
You can be confident that all prices shown are the full and final price.

What currency will I be charged in ?
All prices on our site are displayed in United States Dollars for simplicity however all purchased products price will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah before payment as this is the amount that we will receive into our bank account.
We do a conversion at the very end of your purchase and before you make a payment and show you the exchange rate we are using to do so.
Our conversion rates are based upon those issued daily form the Central Europena Bank.
The final amount you credit card will be charged will depend upon your bank's conversion and payment policies.

When exactly will my credit card be charged?
After completing a reservation payment your credit card will be pre-authorized for the stated amount.
You credit card will not be automatically charged the funds will be held until we can process your reservation request.
In most cases reservation request are confirmed in 12 hours however due to time differences and other circumstances it can take up to 72 hours.
During the reservation process your reservation will be manually checked and processed by our reservation team and if all components of your request are confirmed only then will your credit card "actually" charged.
Our reservation process allows for only 72 hours to process if we are unable to get confirmation from all of your elected suppliers with in this time frame your reservation will be voided.

What happens if my reservation request is voided?
We do our best to provide the most accurate product availability on our site but there will be times we are unable to confirm your reservation as it was requested, if this happens your request will be voided.
Additionally if an elected supplier fails to respond to our request for service confirmation your reservation will be considered voided.
If a reservation becomes voided your credit card pre-authorization will be voided and the funds will be released at no charge to you.
When this happens you will be contacted directly by our staff as to why we were unable to confirm your request and if available a similar alternative will be presented for your consideration

How do I redeem services/products i have purchased ?
After your reservation has been confirmed you will receive travel vouchers, one voucher for each item purchased.
These vouchers are payment guarantee letters to the elected supplier and must be presented to the supplier at the date and time stated on them in order to be redeemable.
It is very important that the credit card holder with a valid form of identification and the signed travel voucher be presented at the time of redemption.

How can I change my reservation ?
You must make a written request to our customer service department well before the date of redemption.
Our reservation department will do their best to accommodate your change order however it is not considered guaranteed until you have received the modified travel vouchers.
It is important to note that change orders can be requested however once a reservation is confirmed it is considered non-amendable and any changes will be subject to the policy of both Navigator Indonesia and of the elected supplier.
We will do our best within reason to assist in completing your requested changes with no additional charges however this is subject to many considerations and you may have to pay a penalty in order to complete a change order.

Until when can I cancel my reservation and what kind of penalty will I have to pay ?
Before your reservation is confirmed and the travel vouchers have been issued you may cancel your reservation at no penalty.
After your reservation has been confirmed and travel vouchers have been issued you will be subject to the penalty as stated in the travel voucher.
You must contact us as soon as possible in writing as to the reason you wish to cancel a request and we will do our best to try to cancel your reservation with little to no charge to you.
For legal purposes you must be aware that after travel vouchers are issued there may be mandatory cancellation charges that apply to your reservation.
